Charged me without my consens

I bought fly ticket with luggage and edream didnt add luggage to my boarding pass. I had problems on my way to the destination and also on the way back. Airline didnt want to take my luggage to the plane and i had to pay again for my luggage.

I got refund but the problem is that i got just part of the amount i had to pay for luggage.

And after all this edram charged me 62 USD for some Edream prime annual which i dont even know what is it and never received any note that they are gonna charge me this money. I just lost money for bad servise.

It’s good app for flight tickets and easy to use, i didn’t have any discomfort but be careful with free prime subscription for few days. I cancelled the subscription on 9th february but they took the money from my bank account after few days on 15th. They even send me an email about subscription cancellation, so I thought I’m not a member anymore. I called there and they said that they can’t refund my money back. I think they do this to keep the customers. Tho it’s not a nice way to do it.
