Unable to add new device
Since the latest update 4.7.4 unable to add new device. Not connecting to the device. I tried restart,reset the device but it’s not worked. I used another phone with old eufy security app version, what worked just fine to add my pan&tilt 2k wired camera.
Siri, IFTTT, ...?
Switching between Home and Away according to GPS doesn’t work. This feature is very important so the fix should be done asap (not months)!!!
Siri integration is missing, IFTTT integration is missing, shortcuts integration is missing... there is no way how to do automatization with cameras. I bought this cameras due to HomeKit support but it was wrong decision. I read many forums where anker promises these features years ago, but the reality is totally different.
Problems connecting to the camera
The app needs an update. When I'm connected with my mobile to the home wifi, I can't connect to the camera and watch live. I have to use mobile data. I didn't have these problems before
