Can not login in app
I can not login to my account directly in the app on iphone, (id or password incorect message). Only I can add my booking without login manualy with writing reservation number , email and date. Login ti my account on website works well.

Mess
Do not use this company or if youre stupid enough to do so, block your credit card because they take money from you few months after you rent the car without any notice. The whole company is a mess as is the app which does not work and if you want to register you have to use their website. And after you register in their website you will have to register again in their office as if you never registered before.

terrible online experince
My registration work on website, but not in app. It’s not possible to do online checkin. Support told me to delete app and install again - but i installed 5 minutes ago.

Hello, we're sorry to hear you're having trouble with our app. There is a known issue affecting some customers which means it can take up to 24 hours for an account created on our website to be recognized in the app. In this case, try to log in again the day after creating your account.
