I rather use Wolt or Bistro
When there are drivers available, the app is OK.
But when there is a problem finding available driver to deliver the food, it is not very transparent about that. The app just shows approx time, which is still prolonged and there is noone I can contact to ask where the problem is.
I rather use Wolt or Bistro, where I can contact somebody, when there seems to be an issue with order or delivery.
THE WORST
On Wednesday 27th of June 2022 I tried to order food from your app. I tried to cancel my order right after creating it due to a too long wait time (2x estimated time). There was a technical error 3 times and I was unable to cancel the order - “Unexpected error”. Also, there was no obvious option to resolve this issue in the timeframe.
After contacting your customer support representative, she was not giving me the time to properly explain the issue to her. After explaining, she was blaming me and was very unprofessional and not showing she even understood what was even happening.
The highlight was when she told me I should have written an email instead of USING THE APP. If I wanted to write emails to cancel my order, I would not be using a food app and live in 2022. She then refused to reimburse me and resolve this issue. Overall terrible experience with the app and the customer support. DO NOT USE - look at Tripadvisor (1 rating)
LOOK AT POSITIVE REVIEWS - ALL FAKE
Horrible
This app is horrible, the delivery time changes after placing an order. You order food and expect it to arrive in 30 minutes because that’s what the app declares, BUT then the time changes multiple times and your food arrives much later. This is not an exception, this happens every time I order!
