Do not use this app
The app is glitchy and frankly doesn’t do the job. I tried to use this in Barcelona - the app managed to get me a taxi in 1 out of 7 tries. The rest of the time it was glitchy, or the drivers cancelled for no reason after few minutes of waiting, etc. Horrible experience.

Different price
We booked a car from Rome airport to Ostia, app showed price 16-23€. When the driver came he said we have to pay 50€ because that’s different community in Ostia or what. We didn’t really have a choice so we took it but we were very disappointed and probably never use it again.
