Touch ID

I like the most, so far, built in Touch ID security option for iPhones. I like also nice and easy to read colorful layout of George Go.

Does not work on iPad Pro

The app does not let me to do the initial login. The sIdentity is not launched and the message “Something went wrong. Please try again later.” appears (very helpful…). In case it matters this is a new iPad Pro 11” 2021 with the M1 chip. The app works on an iPhone 13 Pro but the activation was two months ago so with another version of the app. The sIdentity works fine on both. Just the George is unusable. Update: no, uninstalling and reinstalling does not help (it was a fresh installation on a new iPad anyway). Also, what power saving mode do you mean exactly? If you mean the low power mode, that is not active. If there is any other power saving mode in iPadOS, please let me know. Is there any way to contact the app support directly? The developer link points to a generic George page with no way to log a ticket. Thanks.

Update 3 months later: whatever the issue was, it was fixed in some of the recent updates. Updating the rating.

Hello, thank you for the feedback. Have you tried uninstalling the George app and then reinstalling it? This often helps to fix the problem. However, please make sure that you do NOT uninstall s Identity, otherwise a new registration code will be required. Also, make sure that the power saving mode is deactivated. This may affect the usability of apps. BR(sv)
