Ordered car to the airport a day in advance. We were cancelled 45 minutes before scheduled ride which was supposed to take ~90 minutes. Almost missed the flight and had to accept expensive ride to airport. When they called me i requested manager to talk to me as lady was telling me silly stuff and then she hang up the phone. I called there the other lady refused to give me her manager and refused to let her manager to call me when available. The worst service ever. If you go to Goa use pre-paid taxi. It is similar price and you get service as agreed. Goa Miles go and ... yourself and let professionals like uber and ola provide services. They know how to do it
