Problem with gaining cups after win

Great Game, but in the past days the Game stopped giving me cups for winning a game but when i lose a Game i will also lose cups. I would like you to slove this problem because this way I will be just losing cups instead of gaining and i will lose interest in playing it

Each stage has a limited amount of trophies that a player is able to collect.
If you cannot collect any more trophies, then please check your stage's limit.
You can see this on the Play tab before searching for a game.
