Philips is taking money for something what is not working. Shaver S7000 still disappearing anytime I open this useless app

Thank you for your review, Peter. We're sorry to hear that you're facing issues with the connection between your S7000 shaver and the GroomTribe app. We apologize for the inconvenience. Please try the following steps:
1. Make sure that your shaver is switched on and that your phone's Bluetooth is enabled. Both devices should be close to each other.
2. Now open the app and try to connect.
Note: Sometimes, the connection may take a little longer than usual, so we recommend allowing the app to try and connect for a full 3 minutes.

Strojček S7000 - problém s pripojením na telefón. Pripojí sa a následne odpoji. Reklamoval som, dostal nový kus a ten istý problém. Zbytočne som platil za niečo čo nefunguje...
