Great app, easy to use
Not a good experience
The app is very nice. But what is ridiculous is the fact that you put something in your basket and while searching for more stuff to buy, someone else “buys” your piece from your basket. Like cmon. This wouldn’t happen in real life either that someone comes and steals your clothes from your basket so why the app?? Are you kidding? This made me really mad. I should not be racing with other customers. That also means I will buy less because I will be rushing to pay 😉. So better think twice.
Your updates are only for new iphones
Dear H&M,
As your latest update does not allow me to update your application on my iPhone, I literally stopped buying from you. I am not willing to go each time to pc, and I have tried to delete it and reinstall but no. If I wont be IOS 13+ I am done, so I am done. I was spending regularly, at least I save money now. Just in case someone would think that people will switch to newer phones each year, you are wrong.. good luck!
