Headspace offers two auto-renewing subscription options:
$12.99 per month
$69.99 per year (that's less than $5.99 a month)

These prices are for United States customers. Pricing in other countries may vary and actual charges may be converted to your local currency depending on the country of residence.

The subscription will automatically renew unless turned off in your iTunes Account Settings at least 24 hours before the current period ends. You can go to your iTunes Account settings to manage your subscription and turn off auto-renew. Your iTunes Account will be charged when the purchase is confirmed. If you subscribe before your free trial ends, the rest of your free trial period will be forfeited as soon as your purchase is confirmed.

Headspace saves your meditation sessions to your Apple Health app.

Gratitude towards Headspace

Thank you very much for all your hard work 10+ years of recording in the studio, new updates and content from childis approach through meditation and yoga movement.
In my personal journey this was the second meeting with the culture of the meditation and i stucked to it ever since, this is my greatest reason i feel graditude towards you guys, from every programmer, designer, tutor, marketing expert working or have worked on this application.

Better sleep

Meditation and the sleep podcasts really helped me to improve my ability to sleep.
It’s far better than any natural sleep medicine I had tried.
Meditation practice reduced number and intensity of feelings of anxiety I was frequently struggling with.

This is an awesome application which can help everybody with everyday life, situations, moments. You can learn how to work with your body and mind. I’m very thankful and glad for this app. The best what you can do for you find 10 minutes at least each day and practise it.
