it is a pity , that it cannot be added to the watch face

Unclear how is stress level calculated

Stress level chart doesn’t make sense. It’s is not calculated based on HRV measurements neither bpm doesn’t look like to be base for calculation. I can’t find anywhere based on what is psychological stress calculates.
