fix or change the global market

hello, could you fix or change the shop because I can't buy the raw materials I need there because it always shows me that they are sold, how should I progress in the game when I can't get further

The economy can fluctuate sometimes, if there happens to be a lot of players needing a specific material at a given time then that material can get bought up pretty quickly for a period of time, but eventually the demand will subside again and the economy will flow in a different direction. Overall great app and I really enjoy playing it, but suddenly my global market is buggin and can’t see any offers or buy anything from a market. It made a huge impact on my city progression as I can not buy items to upgrade my buildings
