Heria Pro creates workouts catered specifically to you and your fitness needs, utilising an algorithm that learns your preferences and workout style. Each workout is fully customizable by you and can be saved/scheduled to be used anytime with a very easy to follow workout planner. It comes equipped with a robust analytics feature where you can track your fitness goals with details like your top target muscles trained, top exercises, and workouts per day/week/month.

Great app! ..however

When I scroll down the workout library, tap into a workout, then tap back into the library, the app puts me on the top of the list..this can be annoying sometimes when you scroll down 50 workouts and need to find where you stopped before..but it's free for me, so I take it as a 'price' to pay :) not sure if this happens in paid version as well. All in all, giving it 5* as this is really a great app and I appreciate the effort; we have a lot of knowledge and tips for free! Thank you!

Not for beginners!

App looks good at first sight. I watched few videos with Chris and decided to buy app... yeah app is for free but if you want to use it normally y just have to pay for pro.. it costs 12eur/month so i think its expensive.. there is section with Heria programs and one of them called "The best program to start calistenics (from beginner to advanced) its 4 week program for every level.. so i started beginner.. first week looked good but then days after days i got more and more frustrated .. there started to be really beginner unfriendly exercises like PullUps... in week 4 there is exercise where you should do 5pullups wide, shoulder width and close.. 5from each.. so 15 pullups for beginner in week 4.. and thats just one of them.. i have been working out with weights before i started this so i wasnt some like a newbie but this.. i think If heria had made this workout he really forgot what it used to be a beginner.. so if you want to start it prepare to be desapointed and to edit several exercises for your level .. and also reps.. and other think is you should be in form and fit so not even small overweight because it will be even harder..I think its good t get inspired by workouts but i can say i will not pay the other months for this.. for that price you should get exaxtly what you need
