Finally working !!

UPDATE: After downloading new version of the app 2.54.0, which came out 3 days ago, everything works without any problems and I ´m extremely satisfied that I can finally use my printer. Thank you sprocket team for your interest, willigness to help and solving problems in quite quick time. I ´m giving u 4 stars, just because the app should work from the very beginning (because the product is quite expensive)and not after couple of weeks.

This app doesnt communicate with my Iphone8 (iOS 12). Bluetooth connection is without any problems but once the app is open-> it’s “frozen” and i can’t do anything on the app because the app doesn’t react at all although my printer and phone are connected. I was trying it on the Iphone6 as well and the problem is the same.
The printer is not the cheapest one and it’s rediculous that the app doesn’t function at all. I would like to know what should i do now with not functioning app?

Update: Could you please try the following: in your iOS device Control Center, turn ON Airplane Mode, turn OFF Wi-Fi and then open the sprocket app. Is this successful, or does the app still freeze? We want to help resolve this issue as soon as possible so that you can enjoy your sprocket! ____ Original: Hello Pelikralikoba, we are sorry for this poor experience. Our developers are looking into this issue. Please go into your Blue Tooth settings and clear out ("Forget this Device") all entries for sprocket(s). Turn on your sprocket, open the sprocket app, tap on the 3 bars in the upper left to open the menu, tap "sprocket", under "Manage Printers" tap "Add New Printer" and then tap on the "Sprocket not listed..." blue text. Select your printer in the popup and hopefully then next screen you see will be setup is complete. We would truly appreciate an update to your review to let us know if this resolves the issue. Thank you, in advance!

App does not work

I downloaded app, connected app to my Sprocket by Bluetooth and when I open it the app freeze. I did everything what i have to and the app do this all the time when i open it. When I want to open some bars app closes. I tried to uninstall the app and try it again, I restarted my phone, I tried everything and still it does not work.

don't buy this

I bought the sprocket 2nd edition and it was a waste of money - the app never starts properly, and if I want to print from another app it tells me I have to accept terms and conditions - in the sprocket app!! ridiculous, now I have to return the printer, I'm really upset
