Hassle every time
I’m not a frequent Iberia flyer, some 2-3 times in a year and every time I open this app it “greets” me with some problem - saved login data has been lost between updates or my password has been expired or whatever. I just want to find a flight, buy a ticket and go, not this.
Horrible application
If we can fly with another company to our destination we will do it .
We want to buy the seats and bags , application or page it’s not working because all the Time it’s some troubleshooting.
Horrible experience, in the customer service they are not helping at all , they sudgest you to buy in the airport with extra cost .
They should invest some money to the system because it’s horrible .
Poor app
This is very poor app. Password reset not working , profile set up not working.
Such an malfunctional app should nit be offered in appstore at all.
