The steps to access subscription management in the App Store for both Zen and any other application with this option is:

Settings> Apple Store iTunes> Click on your id apple> View Apple Id> Enter your Password> Subscriptions> Select Zen

If your trial period has ended, and you were charged, we, unfortunately, do not have management over your subscription, it is 100% managed by the apple itself and you.

It is necessary to make a report on the website below informing about the problem/withdrawal of the purchase that they make the refund directly there.
