Great simple app which is continually working on removing the bad parts and making the experience easier and more fluent. The tickets are also cheaper than physical ones, which is something we needed for a long time.The only negative is, that if you rely solely on this instead of tickets, if your phone battery dies, you're in trouble.
Missing support for login on multiple devices

I use the app regularly for one-time travels, and after implementation of ApplePay, it became very user friendly. However, since I got a separate company phone, the necessity to log out each time I need to use the app on the other device is very inconvenient. When I travel for business, I need to be logged in on company phone, to easily download/store tickets in pdf for reconciliation, while for private travels I prefer to use my personal phone and not to take 2 devices with me.
Buying 2+ tickets takes too long.

Awesome app but it takes much longer for tickets to arrive when buying two at a time as compared with when buying only one.
Good app for Bratislava’s public transport

App is quite fine and user friendly, however -1star for not providing the ApplePay or GooglePay option right away from your phone. You have to manually enter your credit/debit card and that is quite user unfriendly and not really up to the 2022’standards. Please, put this to your planned updates and enhancements .
