Thanks for this app its perfect il do 1. Step and tomorrow or tonight im gonna do 2. Step and then 3. And………………. Really this app is my favourite work Out i love it!!!! But i am now felling so better after working Out thanks work Out app!!! I love you soo much!!!❤️❤️❤️

Individual training plan is a fake

The „so call“ Individual training plan is just a fake. Once you finish the 30 day plan you get the option to create a „new“ one. Thought I selected different criteria and length of training it gave the exact same plan. Despite I sent an email no resolution at all. Disappointing and misleading app and customer service!

Stupid

Not what the advertisement promised. I was looking for some mild exercise for begin, but already day one was plank jumps. Totally unrealistic. Plus it says 7 day free trial and I was charged 29,90€ from the first moment. Don't fall for this!
