It is another initiative aimed at inspiring and motivating the younger generation of Ikwerre indigenes to read, write, listen to and speak their mother tongue. It is sponsored personally by Dr Ifie Sekibo, Managing Director of Heritage Bank, who is an avid supporter of the preservation of Niger Delta languages and cultures.
