Great app for the most part
I have an LG washing machine and dryer and this app is great for setting programs download new ones and getting notifications even when I am walking the dog that load has finished.
Only weakness is the TV remote that could be smother when using the touch pad area.
Adding a second user with needing to run thought the setup again would also be useful add on.

SLOW new App
Since the update of the app, the new version is noticable way much slower in reactions to taps on buttons, reactions and animations. The whole app acts and seems anoyingly slower than older version of the app.
Also, what did dissapoint me is, that YES, you can download new programs for tour washing-machine, however you can only download and save 1 at a time. So let’s say, you’d like 2 programs to download, you can always download only 1, keep using it, but as soon as you’d like to use the other one, you need to download it and replace previously downloaded one. This is kind of like from year 2000.
Besides that app is OK and has its benefit of having it, but it could be tuned for 2023.

Superslow performance
It is unbelievable how can a huge company like LG come with so unreliable and unusable app like this. It is years in development and its still a crap. Its laggy, it crashes all the time even with latest and newest updates. Even students from high school can do better apps than worldwide company. This app is one of the reasons i stopped buying hardware from LG because they are making great looking stuff, but with this kind of software support it is just nice to look at, but unsuable to work with. You have to make big steps and put way more money to software development.
