Zero Notifications, Zero Support, Zero Stars

I paid for the Pro upgrade, however, real-time inbox monitoring is not working and I’m not getting any notifications for new emails. Inbox is not updating until I open the app, after which new emails suddenly appear and there is no new emails count.
Clicking Support option on the settings menu leads to a 404 page and App support from App Store leads to a Reddit page.
