MILD Trainer is a tool to increase prospective memory by using a technique formulated by Dr. Stephen Laberge (Author of "Exploring the World of Lucid Dreaming") after discovering most people lack the prospective memory required to successfully achieve MILD.

Featuring a full guide to Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams, the preparation required and the technique itself.

IMPORTANT:
With research and a pen and paper, you can practice MILD without this app. However, MILD Trainer makes the process more convenient and user-friendly.
If you understand these points and are ready to dedicate yourself to the MILD technique, then MILD Trainer is here to support your lucid dreaming journey.

What this app requires from YOU:
• Basic lucid dreaming knowledge. It does not cover foundational practices such as reality checks, sleep schedules, or dream recall.
• You must invest time and effort into the preparation technique. This app simplifies the process, but it still requires your active participation.
• While MILD Trainer can significantly increase your chances of having lucid dreams, it cannot guarantee results. Your success depends on your commitment and practice.

How does it work?
Each morning the app will set up a list of everyday items or 'events' you are likely to encounter at least once during your day. (Pick your own or let the app create them).
It's encouraged that you pick these yourself to ensure you're likely come across them.

Look at this list only in the morning and set the intention to reality check every time a 'target event' occurs. At the end of each day you are to log how many 'targets' were hit.
Logging the targets will submit them to a 7 day graph for an easy overview of your current progress.

Once your prospective memory is sufficient the included guide will help you become lucid at will when using this technique.

If used correctly this app will improve prospective memory after a week of use. It's suggested to work on the memory portion for at least 1-2 weeks before attempting MILD itself.
Repeat the memory portion as many weeks necessary until your prospective memory is sufficient.
