It’s always pleasure to return and use this fantastic app. I appreciate flexibility and quick response. I recommend this application on highest level.
Frustrating service
I requested an upgrade to business class using my miles. Although my miles were deducted, we did not receive the upgrade. The most frustrating part is that if my miles had not been decreased, I would not have expected an upgrade for miles and would have preferred to pay. Your call center is not operational during holidays, which is inconvenient. If it's not possible to provide customer service on these days, then perhaps flights should not be scheduled either. I am frustrated by your service.
Update of the app got it much worse
I am somehow disoriented in the new app layout and miss some information which used to be there. E.g. the lounge finder is in my opinion total mess - redirects you to another page, you click link to another page and the search does not sometimes work.
Also mileage calculator is way too complicated... to fill in the date and the flight number (not saying that you sometimes have no idea what part of the ticket price is eligible for the calculation)
