Absolutely terrible step backwards
An utter disaster. Why create a new app when the previous one was fine? Constant outages here. No option to watch a game from the start when it's already in progress. No intermission, pre-game or post-game programming. Static screen during breaks, so it looks like the stream is frozen (and it often is!). Abrupt going to breaks, cutting off announcers mid-sentence, returning to the game too late. And now in the main NHL app, you need to watch the same 15-second ad before every single goal highlight, even if you're a paying subscriber! The NHL should be ashamed.
Worst app ever
NHL showed how to go from best app, could watch all the games in one app, check scores and pay one time fee to worst…pis subscription and in 8 days was allowed to watch 1 game. Btw, I’m in country where hockey is not popular…
Customer service is no-existent. Way to grow the game 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
Awful
Won't renew my subscription next season. After dropping support for AppleTV, launching a new app for NHLTV was the next worst thing to do. The feeds keep lagging, resulting in parts of the feed being replayed, or the screen going completely blank.
