Getting in shape can be a challenge, so making exercise fun and engaging is crucial to staying on the right track. This Nike fitness app features a polished collection of visual workouts, hosted by celebrity athletes like Serena Williams. It’s equally effective at home or at the gym. While each lesson can be taken on its own, Nike Training Club also features monthlong structured programs that’ll help you achieve even better results.
Great app but 2 things could be added
This app is really great. It helped me: to work out regularly, keeping straight posture while standing/sitting/walking and I have a better sleep too.
It is really made very good. When you are out of energy and you are focused on lifting the weights, the app tells you to focus on breathing too. Just wow! Video guidance absolutely amazing. Thumbs up!
On the other hand there are two things that I lack.
1.
When you set up your workout plan for example 6 weeks and somehow you get ill during this period of time, there is no chance of pausing the workout plan. Im so sad that at the end of the plan Im missing some of the exercises due to the illness. It would be great to pause the plan, fight the illness and then continue where you left off.
2.
For example: You set up your workout plan with gym equipment. Maybe you will travel during this plan. Sometimes there is no gym or you cannot go to the gym to finish the exercise properly (with weights, etc..). There is no chance to change your workout plan for bodyweight only (for several days) so you can still continue with exercises even when they are slightly different.
If this is done, I have absolutely no issues at all. Still a great app and love it!
I love this app, however I have 3 things to point out
First of all I love this app so much, it helped me to maintain a regular workout plan and on top of that it is free😃! However I experienced a small issue and I think a few small things could be changed :)
1. Sometimes I notice, when there’s a workout in which each exercise is done for a certain, that the app randomly skips some and I don’t understand why.
2. It’d be truly wonderful if there could be an option for pausing a plan, when for example you are too occupied to work out.
3. Lastly I’d be forever grateful if there could be an option asking if you really want to end a workout, because it had happened to me many times that I accidentally ended a workout and then had to somehow redo it.
But overall I’m thankful that somebody has created a free app with effective workouts of all types. Definitely can recommend!😃
