Ok app, some improvements needed

Overall, it is a useful tool and sending/receiving packages through Packeta automated boxes or delivery points is a seamless experience. Some minor flaws, though: when sharing a delivery with someone, the other person receives a TEXT message (e.g. sms, WhatsApp) with delivery codes which they need to MANUALLY enter into their app, with ample room for potential error. Why on earth could not this data be shared directly through the app and appear in the other person’s app automatically, is beyond my understanding. Also, the person who is sharing his/her delivery has to pay for the delivery before sharing it. Why cannot the receiving person pay for the delivery, if they want to? This is the reason for my 4 stars rating rather than 5.

Works well

I have a UK mobile so wasn't sure it would work as you need a Slovak phone number to receive the security text. I got the text sent to my wife's Slovak phone and then just used the app on my phone. Pretty cool that you walk up to the Packeta box and the door magically opens 😃

Terrible service

If you can't do something right, you shouldn't do it at all. They couldn't deliver the package to me at the agreed time, it was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days maximum! and 7 have already passed and I don't have any package, the package is being delayed and they can't deliver it to the Z BOX because it is full and there is a delivery place in the store 5 meters from the full Z BOX, but they can’t deliver it there, absolutely no logic. I also called them on the customer line that I need the package as soon as possible, because there is a winter jacket and I am going abroad, so thanks to the inability of the packeta, I will be freezing abroad without a winter jacket and the package will have to be sent back, because I will not to have a way to try on the jacket, because I'm coming back in a month.”Thank you very much” stupid packeta, never again.
