There is no concept of a user account in the regular sense, rather you have to log in using a “ticket number”, and then possibly add a password to this “ticket”.

However, there seems to be no way to add another (already bought elsewhere) ticket to this “account”, and there also seems to be no way to log in using your email address. Everything revolves around ticket numbers, which is completely unreasonable.

As a dev, I strongly suggest you to get rid of this dumb and confusing way of logging in, and allow users to have a real account (or apple/google/facebook) login, to which they can assign tickets.

Anything else is bonkers. Please don’t make our lives difficult when they don’t have to be.

Other than that, the app works fine, pretty well polished.

I am trying to open the app, but I see the yellow background only. When I open the app, first screen with train search showed up just for the second or two and after that it disappears and there is yellow background only. I was trying to kill the app, uninstall and install again but still the same problem. We are group of friends and we tried it on different iphones and everybody has the same problem. I was able to open the app once, but during login there was another some kind of outage error and I could not log to the app. Shame.

Hi there, after I installed this new app, I couldn’t find direct bus from Bratislava to Vienna. It always gives me the transfer route BA > Brno > Vienna. There is no way to change the preference of direct bus only. Can you pls check what’s the issue? Thanks.
