Amazing app

I love this app. It really helped me to stay off my screen. I recommend this to everyone who is aware of their extensive screen time and wants to change it.

More options would be great

I would recommend to give options - so that i could chose, how long i want to spend in an app.

Sometimes, I open social media because of my work and need more time even 5 minutes. sometimes I only check and that is when 2 mins would be enough.

That is why I would love more options.
