The worst app and the customer servise is ignoring everything

I was on free trial which I ended a few hours after they charged me a yearly subscriptions! I even forgot that I downloaded the app or maybe it was my little brother, not sure. Anyway without any notification I was charged 35€! I tried to cancel right after but their customer service is ignoring all my emails, I also tried trough Apple support but it got rejected from SCRL site 3 time.

I explained all my reasons and why I don’t want breather need a yearly subscription, but they still ignoring it with 0 replies.

I would understand if they don’t cancel after like a long time but I contacted them right after I was charged yearly subscription and also contacted Apple to request a refund right after after I was charged.

I was hoping until now they they will at least reply, and my refund, unfortunately not.

Is scam! Don’t download this app SCRL.
