I think it’s time for folks working in sky showtime to learn difference between Slovak language and Slovenian language. When I watch Puss in boots and select Slovak language the language is actually Slovenian and when I select Slovenian language it is also Slovenian … not mentioning the content itself lately on every streaming platform including SkyShowtime, HBO or others is trash …man up folks brainstorm and do something with the content.

Unskippable 15s ads on a premium paid plan before every single episode. Absolutely unacceptable. The developer response, while "conveniently" calling their own ads promos (all ads are promos, duh), forgets to mention that they are apparently "limited" to AT LEAST one per every single thing you attempt to watch and that they are UNSKIPPABLE, I am forced to watch a fricking ad and to pay for it! And it is filled with spoilers if it wasn't already bad enough. Imagine buying your first book and EVERY TIME you open it to read you instead are greeted with an ending spoiler for another book you haven't read yet, and you cannot skip it even if you do not wish to consume spoilers. No spoilers - no show. SkySpoilertime.

Subtitles are delayed

When watching series and movies, whether on mobile or TV, the subtitles are delayed by about a second after the actors speak. It’s very frustrating and annoying. Could you please fix this? No other streaming service has this issue—only yours. Also 15 seconds trailer before every episode of every tv show are out of mind. People are paying you to watch their favorite tv shows not to watch some trailers just becouse you want them to. Again any other streaming service is better in this case.

The app isn’t giving me an option to delete things that automatically were suggested by the developer, which I would never choose to watch! Quite poor choices, old moves that aren’t to my taste, very limited library, incomplete series, will see what next months will bring, but quite a poor show for now 👎🏼
