Does Samsung create anything useful and working?
I tried to connect my Samsung A/C to this app in the past and I was able to do it after 20-25 tries. I set up scheduled heating. Later,the device was not recognized by the app anymore and I am not able to delete/change the schedule although now in summer I obviously do not need the heating,but the cooling function. Also, I am not able to connect the device with the app anymore - neither on iPhone nor on LG phone. I am trying for couple of days already, it took me aroud 6 hours od full time engagement without result. The settings are not available via web browser,although I logged in to every Samsung page I found (for what reason there are so many Samsung pages and apps btw? This is the worst experience I ever had with an app and a “smart solution”.
Poor performance and responsiveness
This application has a very poor prrformance and responsiveness. It takes literally few minutes to turn on device and if that works, it takes another more monutes to for example change temperarure on AC. Not even optimized for iphone X.
Slow-to-none response
The app is painfully slow. It takes a lot of time to get connected to Samsung server, all command processed with severe delay. NOT FOR EVERYDAY USE! Next time I’d choose other brand of AC.
