Location based triggers

Hello,
please improve the location based triggers

Some ideas:
- if the the phone and the smart appliance (e.g. wifi outlet) is on the same wifi network, it is clear that the user is at home (no need for checking over gps)
- if the location based trigger is based on gps, check the location regularly (every x minutes), because the location based trigger as implemented now, switches only if the phone crosses the geofence. But if the phone is inside the geofenced area and the rule is switched in - it activates only upon leaving and re-entering the area.
