Latest update
After todays update I cant access settings of my Samsung AC. I can turn it on and off and thats it. It eill always report that AC is not powered on. The samsung servis is just bad and the connection to the AC is slow or not working. When connected to loca home wifi it is also slow and when connecting remotly 4G or from any wifi it is not working ot it is super super slow. I have multiple smart devices at home from different brands and they work super fast ower wifi or away over mobile. But this samsung service is really bad. I had also the wifi module replaced in my AC same problem. You need to start looking at your server services and speed up the communication because this is not usable for AC which costed me 2500€...please start to do something proper and stop upgrading visual stuf of the up.
StupidThings...
I had my Samsung AC connected for a year without issues. Then it suddenly stopped to communicate with AC and since then I can't make it work. I have tried everything I found on internet, called with smartthings/samsung support and even with AC stores and gues what.. nothing. Samsung should just quit doing SW and just make their products compatible with standards like homekit and zigbee etc. Still hoping Matter will this year somehow resolve the stupid things of Samsung or I won't buy anything from Samsung anymore.
