Strongbox is an application for keeping all your passwords safely stored and protected by one master password. Supporting the open source Password Safe and KeePass formats.

This means that Strongbox is free with a basic feature set, but if you like there are enhanced Pro features too. You can opt-in to a Free Trial of all the Pro features if you like, no obligations, but most find the Free version perfectly adequate.

• Strongbox provides In-App Purchases (both auto renewable subscriptions and one-off non-consumable) for Pro versions of the App

• Subscriptions are auto renewable with recurring billing. Cancel anytime.
• The time period of the subscriptions are monthly or yearly at users discretion
• Payment will be charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period
• Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period, and identify the cost of the renewal
• Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's Account Settings after purchase
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription to that publication, where applicable

I don’t regret paying for this app
I use KeepassXC on PC and Mac, and Strongbox on iPhone and iPad. Both applications can open the same password file. I share the password file through Dropbox. It works completely seamlessly.
Since the password file is stored in the cloud, I use a combination of a master password (which can be filled in on iOS via the FaceID/TouchID) and a Yubikey 5 NFC HW key.
I have only two minor issues:
My 2020 iPad Pro doesn’t have a NFC reader and Strongbox doesn’t see the Yubikey through the USB-A to USB-C dongle, although it works on a computer. Whenever I need a password on my iPad, I open Strongbox on my iPhone, copy the password to the clipboard and share it to the iPad through hand-off.
iOS 15 allows to use 3rd party password managers, including Strongbox. However, I can’t use it as NFC is not available in AutoFill.

Best pass app
Very nice design with intuitive menu,, support clouds (flawless synchro), face ID - really quick access.., KeeaPass compatible file… I use this app more than year and it was a good choice :)

..animatons are getting annoying! I love things to blink and not slow me down when working with iPhone

Hi! Thanks for the review, these are fair points but item 3 can be fixed in Preferences > View Preferences > Show Empty Fields. Perhaps that would work for you.
