The TaHoma platform works well. I miss native and independent wind sensor. Somfys wind sensors can only be paired with a device like awning as a protection sensor. Also default Temperature control scene has not clear event thresholds. And last is the log of actions which doesn’t show what was the actual action. Thus the log is practically useless.

We were using app and also homekit integration for 4 months, sometimes it required update it was ok. But now its not working for 2 weeks and we can do nothing about it. No update, restart didnt help, reconfigure wifi also did not help. So we have to use remote controller instead of app, which is really bad since our automation is not working properly.
App worked well but then stopped

Some of the UI patterns are awful and confusing. This is a must have daily used service and you are using non standard UI patterns. But it does work reliably 95% of the time. The other times it gives you ambiguous errors that you can't recover from - see usability heuristics. Please get better.

Functionality of app is (or was) good.The new features like tilting older blinds (not io motors) and setting MY position on io motors are really helpful.But now I quite shocked that:1. Blinds set into the room, are not appeared (caused by some error)2. There is no direct connection to support,where I can solve it. In appstore is link which redirects me to Somfy homepage.In app help menu is link to web with "general" contacts, not app support.
