Video calls not working properly
When iphone initiates call to watch, application on watch crashes with message "Unfortunately OnegoVideocall has stopped.". When watch initiates call, iPhone application must be active to accept the call. If app is in background, there is no notification about incoming call. When you open application even some time after call was canceled on watch, it will still start to ring in the iPhone app.
Other notifications from app works, but without good notification about incoming video call, that functionality is not useable.
Voice calls are done as regular mobile network calls, so for this you need SIM card with voice calls enabled.
Link to developer support in App Store leads to non existing page, there is no way to contact manufacturer of watch via email or web form. There is no phone helpline for Slovakia or Czech Republic and Austrian phone number is not working...
Log in issues
Cannot log in to the app..even after reset password..
App cannot connect to the server
90% of the time the app isn’t working. I cannot see th location of my child because the app cannot connect to a server - it doesn’t matter if I am on a wifi connection or using mobile data. Same goes for my husband. Very dissapointing as that should be it’s primary function. Not possible to listen to messages recieved nor send any messages via TCL Connect app.
