Summer is not only a vacation period but also a time for exciting announcements of new features for job and order searches, as well as for finding employees and performers from our team.

What’s new?

Over 1,500,000 job listings are already available in the TenChat Marketplace, with multimillion-dollar orders for services and supplier searches appearing daily. Additionally, only verified investment projects are presented here, whose authors have received the status of a verified organization in our flagship product “TenChat for Business.”

Introducing a new communication format in the Marketplace - response threads. Liked a candidate or performer, interested in the investment terms? Simply respond to the reply without entering a private chat with each user.

Essentially, communication within a response is a separate chat where you can clarify the terms of a job or order, schedule an interview with a candidate, or ask a performer a clarifying question. And if the response doesn’t suit you, just decline it.

We have also added more information about the response author:

• Status “Open to offers,” preferred position, and financial expectations;
• Work experience;
• Last place of work.

We prioritize quality responses, so now only users with completed profiles and the “Career” section can send them.

Recommending a candidate, performer, or investor who is not yet on TenChat? Simply invite them to register after sending the recommendation, so you can earn from all future deals.

Launching TenChat Wallet and the agency network

With TenChat Wallet, you will have the opportunity not only to become part of the largest agency network in Russia but also to create your own network to earn from all deals on the sale of our partners’ products. We’ll start, of course, with our flagship product “TenChat for Business.”
