This app is in fact an escape room game
They don’t tell you need the ticket purchased before going to bus. So when the bus arrives, driver shows you guide on the door how to download this and purchase tickets. Step one is to search the stations of the country you don’t really know, even though the bus is for a concrete line. Then the app is not linked to google/apple pay so you have to search your bag to write off the number of your credit card. Then it will take few random wait times to process, and congratulations, you can wait 2.5 hours for another bus cause the idi*t driver already left.

Hi, I'm so sorry you had to wait for another bus. As you said, to get on board you must already be in possession of the ticket and payment is made by debit or credit card, whose number must be entered which, after the first time, can be saved for future payments. Thank you very much for the suggestions, they will be invaluable for the next app updates.
