My paid subscription does not work and Atlantic does not react to my emails
I am very disappointed by the custome care servise. I got the yearly subscription as a X-mas gift but whenever I try to log in the system rejects and shows an error. I contacted the customer care but has never heard back from anyone. It has been almost 3 weeks. They do not even react to my emails.
The money was paid and now I can not use the servise and it seems The gifter will never see the money back and I will not be able to read the articles either :(
No way to save articles for reading without web
No way to save articles for the plane..? It’s 21st century.
