Added touch-screen touch-areas for the Tainted Cain and Tainted Isaac Inventory cycling.

Addictive game!

Love this game, played it ages asi and recently seen it’s available on iOS! One improvement I would make on iPad is that the bombs are put somewhere else to use, I keep accidentally detonating them while I’m just trying to move around.

This game is my favorite🤩🤩🤩🤩

I like The Binding of Isaac so much. Good game.
