Awesome, sound is really high quality!
Got this because I needed a ton of music for djing and I have to say - this streaming service didn't disappoint. However I would like it more if the "track added successfully" pop up wouldn't be red but rather green.
Love the concept, needs some UX tweaks
I Love that Tidal exists and will probably use it till the end of times. I’m glad to know, that artists get a lot more percentage than on other streaming services. There is multiple user experience issues going on. Search engine works only by typing the word perfectly. If I can’t remember the exact name of an artist or a song, I can’t find it. If I type the word incorrectly, it won’t find anything. Next issue I’ve been experiencing is error message about lost connection to the internet, when I try to get from play screen to the album which is playing. This happensmostly with unknown artists…

Terrible
The app itself isn’t too bad but it doesn’t have all artists. The problem is intertwined much more deep inside. I tried out Tidal for fun last month, played like 3 songs and forgot about it. Then I got a “Thank you for subscribing to Tidal” email and 6€ taken from my account. I messaged Tidal I would like to request a refund as I do not use their services and never have. I was told I cannot be refunded as I started streaming from their service after purchasing the subscription. That is an utter lie. I barely used their services even during my free trial and I have NO reason to use it. And the fact that there’s a global pandemic going on and they STILL won’t treat the poor people who accidentally bought their awful service right makes my heart ache. Big regret.
