Everytime i got kicked and characters dissapear

Hi Toca Boca! I really love playing Toca Boca and play it everyday but… There’s a bug. Everytime i join the game, and i go to my house or any building, it just kick me out from the game. Because of this iv’e missed like five of friday gifts and it dosen’t go to the gifts shelf. Sometime i do my third character but when i do him or her the second charater will dissapear, so i need to delete the third character and the second one, and make the second all over again. Hope you can fix this bug. I hope it’s not a virus.😕

Ever since I discovered toca with my little sister I loved playing it, sure i got bored of it sometimes or got busy with studies but i absolutely love playing toca boca. In my opinion is the best game any kid could ever have on their iPad or even phone. I already had recommend it to a lot of people and friends. Also I have some pretty good ideas on how to make toca life world playing even more fun and I love that you guys always add new updates and new locations, houses and also packs with lots of amazing decor. I’m so thankful that toca is in this world and i really hope it stays here forever. 💗🌎🗺️

This game really is amazing i love all the decorations and all the supplies a simple house needs this game is nice for kids adults to! The best is you Can decorate the houses by yourself!! I really lúke all the rextures furniture packs all the clothing for your avatar,hairs,just all the acessories!! I really tell you this game is really addicting for you to play!
