Charged again after leaving
Virgin has charged my card for my wife’s plan that was about to expire in 1 day for the next whole month even though she was a visitor and was not in Dubai anymore! There was also no refund after the immediate account termination! Be careful and don’t set the automatic recharge.

Hey WisestGhoul, during the signup, you agreed to have your plan renewed automatically unless you requested to pause it or cancel it through the App before the renewal date. We also sent you a remainder 2 and 7 days before renewal. Ghada
do not buy this!
Terrible app, terrible call operator. Nothing was working good. They couldnt solve problems we have in the shop for hours. Calling to EU is not possible through data (whatsapp, viber, messenger), every time falling down. Do not buy this and try another operator!

Hi Romanco1983, Please be informed that WhatsApp, Viber, and Messenger calls are not allowed in the UAE. However, you can enjoy video calls through VOIP: Botim or C'Me app😊Ghada
