To use the We Connect services, you need a Volkswagen ID user account and to log in to We Connect with your username and password. A separate We Connect or We Connect Plus contract must also be signed online with Volkswagen AG. For We Connect Plus, you have 90 days from when you receive your vehicle to register it at and use the services for the full duration of the agreed, free period.
**Usage requires an identity check in the form of Volkswagen Ident verification.

Cannot launch the app

I tried to launch the app today and now everything works fine.

Previous status:
After updating to iOS 13 I cannot launch the app. When submitting login and psw the app tries to connect and after few seconds it turns off.

Log in and service problem always

After some time i have a problem to log in. Alway I need to put password.
Services not working f.e. Switch on aircondition, charging process
There are not fresh data about car. Old data in app are also after refresh.
