We will continue our focus on maintaining privacy, but personalizing the journey so you can track the impact of your mind-wandering on your state of mind, and note where your thoughts take you! We are committed to ensuring our Learn pages are updated regularly with articles and scientific research, as well as with selection of posts from our socials.

You can use our Notification schedule, but we know the need to take a brain break is not always able to be pre-scheduled! At a minimum aim for two to three mind breaks a day. Try starting or ending your working day with one, using it to delineate on and off timing. This is especially useful if your home and work life overlap. Notice the positive impact on your well-being, creative thinking and focus. It is a treat for your brain to meander at will!
