Ratings and Reviews
Not too bad, not too good, kinda shady
App is quite glitchy. For the first time, we as a group of friends needed to order two taxis separately on two devices (not a big problem). But on one device, the order kept being cancelled. Finally, for both orders, same driver was chosen. He then came and apparently wasn't aware of the situation. Then we (5 people) squeezed into place for 4 and paid for two rides instead of one. Green? Yes. Convenient? Not too much.
Also it is quite shady that drivers always say that card payment is not possible, even though I added and verified the card, and chose it as a method of payment.
Positive side: in Rijeka, it was cheaper than uber and bolt.
Dont download the app
This is the worst app I’ve ever used in my life. The price for the ride looks really worth it, but the app is just not working at all. We needed to be somewhere at a certain time and when we ordered the taxi it said the driver is going to pick us up in like 15 minutes. We could see the driver’s car on the map and he was just riding all around one street for the whole time. We tried ordering it again, but the same thing happenned. Like an hour later, the taxi driver called me and said that he’s there, but we were already where we needed to be. Before we downloaded the app we saw a bad review, but though it’s just one bad experience and it’s not going to be as bad. Well it is always the worst choice. I wish I could give zero stars, but it’s not possible. However on my opinion it doesn’t even deserve the 1 star.
registration problem
I wanted to register to the app Cammeo and wanted to check the terms and conditions with obligatory checkbox. Unfortunately the terms and conditions window that opened was blank and there was no chance to check what I am going to agree with. Sorry, but I am not going to give my yes to something I can not check… quite a pity :(
