Stuck on load screen
I am stuck on load screen after minimazing game with home button. This occurs on both iPad and iPhone. I played for over a week now and now I’m stuck
Care to suggest a solution? Reinstall did not help

Prosíme o odhlášení účtu z aplikace Game Center (v Nastavení telefonu), opětovné přihlášení, odinstalování hry (případně i pročištění mezipaměti zařízení) a aktualizaci na poslední verzi 1.3.9 - případně jsme dále k dispozici zde nebo na emailu worldofairportsgame@gmail.com - S pozdravem, Tým WoA.
Same problem with the load screen..
This happen quite often after few minutes of gameplay.. pretty disturbing...

Hello, thank you very much for your review. Soon we will release an optimization update (1 week left, hopefully) to improve situation with game crashing, startup issues and bug fixing. Crashes
App crashes sometimes after 20 minutes, sometimes after 40 minutes. There is 1-2 seconds strange sound before crash . Iphone 12, ios 15.0.2

Hello, thank you very much for your review. There can be more reasons of such game crashing issues. Memory cache may be full (and it could lead to game crashing). Do you remember that game crashing was also followed by a notification from the game (a notification related to some player airplane arrival)? Please try to restart your device and open only WoA after restart. You can try to Sign out from your Game Center profile (in devices Settings / Game Center), Sign in back and open the game again. Also try to re-install the game from a Store. Please also check your device's firmware version if it is up to date. Although we will try to bring more performance optimizations with next updates. We'll bring bug fixes and advanced airplane model (E190) with next soon update. Have a nice flight, Team WoA.
