Snel en veilig je zorgzaken regelen in de Zilveren Kruis-app
Inloggen doe je altijd via DigiD. Zo krijg je gemakkelijk en veilig toegang tot jouw persoonlijke gegevens. Je kunt de app in het Nederlands of Engels bekijken.
Zie snel:
- hoe je bent verzekerd. En wie er met je is meeverzekerd.
- je vergoedingen.
- zorgkosten die je maakte en wat wij vergoed hebben.
- hoeveel eigen risico je nog hebt.
Regel makkelijk zelf:
- je declaraties. Maak een foto en stuur deze in. De volgende werkdag staat het geld op je rekening.
- het antwoord op je vergoedingsvraag. Chat met onze chatbot of medewerkers.
- je toestemming voor vervoer.
En wist je dat je zorgpas ook in de app staat? Zo heb je ‘m altijd bij de hand!

We hebben een aantal bugs opgelost. Je kunt weer PDF bestanden uit je mail delen met de app. Het overzicht met de door jou ingediende declaraties hebben we overzichtelijker gemaakt. Deze worden nu per maand, op datum van indienen getoond.
Wij verbeteren onze app regelmatig. Zet in de instellingen van jouw telefoon automatische app-updates aan.

Language option is missing!
Hi,
I do not know whether this is an intentional design because of the Dutch chauvinism, that the application does give you an option to choose English as the systems language or whether it is just a stupid mistake by the developers of the App but anyhow, it is ridiculous that with millions of foreigners including students as myself, living in the Netherlands and communicating in English, that the Dutch are still completely ignoring the fact that they need to make their interfaces approachable to Non-Dutch people as well!
I strongly recommend the inclusion of an option for the user to choose a language of preference.
