Worst service and policies

Ordered a food through Zomato and the restaurant took the order and called back saying the food that was ordered, is unavailable. On asking the refund from the restaurant, he asked me to cancel it and there was no proper option to reach the customer care executive. Explaining the whole situation, the executive who responded in chat said he is bound to company policy and can’t provide the refund. I wasn’t informed that the order that we place is non-refundable, and worst communication medium.

Save your money and order directly from restaurants

They let me wait 2 and half hours for delivery and as a compensation they just said “sorry”, this happened to me 3 times in past few months. Zero cudtomer service but what else do you expect from company who hores trained monkeys from third world countries instead of normal people.
